dear all members.can anyone help me about backup elau max-4 module with using pacdrive backup software with ethernet cable?
i can not connect to max-4 with ethernet cable(crossover twisted cable)in pacdrive diagnostics software i find ip address 192.168.2.7 and i put this address in pacdrive backup software but i can not connect to max-4.please help me what do i?
and can i backup firmware of max-4 and mc-4 drive ?(which software )
