I'm trying to use the EPAS-3 software but two errors appears when I launch it:

"the system cannot find the file specified" and when I press OK, "Initializing of SINEC L1 driver filed"

After that, I can't select any serial port, they are all grey.

Is there something else I need to install? I have tried in windows 10, and in a winsdows XP virtual machine, both with a serial port USB adaptor correctly installed.

Please help.
