There is one Software-based solution for position-controlled tasks.
Easy Motion Control (TIA Portal)
Is it suitable solution for following Device & Network...??
1. G120 CU230P-2 DP
2. Danfoss Bauer BS02-34H gear motor n1-1350/min n2-127/min 50Hz
3. THALHEIM Baumer ATD3B B14 Y13 12 PB encoder with Profibus
4. CPU 314C PN/DP with KTP900 using TIA V15 |

Easy Motion Control integrated into STEP 7 from V13 (TIA Portal)

The option package Easy Motion Control for the positioning of individual axes with SIMATIC function blocks will be part of STEP 7 starting with V13.
Starting with V13, the option package Easy Motion Control will be part of STEP 7 (TIA Portal). |

I have not installed TIA V15 but in TIA V14 you can install
CU230P only with G120P CUD230P-2P and KTP Basic Panel.
For G120 you can use CUD240. |
