I didn't tried this special install.
But the CAD should be put in the Dramat install folder, to enable Robot 3D View function (KUKA only). |

You can leave the CAD file wherever You want.
Inside Dramat options,You can point the path of the CAD file.
But, by default, Dramat search this file inside the folder where it was intalled, so it is a good pratice to put CAD inside this folder. |

I will try to do my best, cabecavil.
So, first, you need to put the CAD.RCC file inside some folder in Your computer. I always leave it inside C:/Program Files/DRES, that is the default install folder of Dramat.
See DRES1 picture

After this, with DRES opened, go to Settings > Configure

Inside configuration window, select 3D model, and after this, Resource path.
In this field, You should put the path to cad.rcc. After this, press Apply.

If You followed all steps correctly, next time You open a VW KUKA backup, and click over a movement line, You will see a the mechanical arm, in Joint tab.

If you have a program with movement lines opened, and go to VKRC > VKRC Robot 3D View option,

You will see something like this.

Hope this helps! |
