Hello Expert
We are running one packing robot machine using CPU313C-DP with I/O module. We have been facing problem that the CPU goes to stop at running condition and It becomes ok after power restart. It is happening 2/3 time in a day.
I have attached the buffer diagnostic.
with thanks

in the diagnostic message it states the absence of OB82 and OB86.
For this reason the CPU goes into stop state.
It is necessary to făurite OB82 and OB86, inside them no instructions.
error created by the external IN-OUT module, probably inserted inside the robot for communication with it. |

Only OB1 is present in program.
There is no extra module inside the machine.
Two I/O module are connected with PLC and HMI is connected with PLC Via profibus. + |

1) OB86 creation (empty)
2) OB82 creation (empty)
3) transfer two created OBs to cpu
the cpu will no longer go into stop.
because when the OB86 (or OB82) call conditions are active, the instructions inside the block will be processed (no instructions).
the system recognizes that the block is present (OB86 or OB82) so the CPU continues its normal work.
OB86 or OB82 intervention is called by the I/O module connected to the CPU via ProfiBus |
