Yes and No !!!
Finally it seems the students from the Military Research Center from Wuhan made some experiments which go out of control.
Some dead rats subject to experiments has been thrown accidentally in the sewage water of the town...
The rest is a problem of hazard until the virus goes to other species which meet pattern gene mutation.. like humans .....
They did not intentionally made this...but when you are playing with genes mutation .. nothing is under control.!!!
It's a Romanian saying with a naked true "When you are playing with fire do not expect not to be burned"

In China and the Wuhan region in particular, people like to catch wild animals, many people cook wild animals because they consider them delicacies. So I don't find it very surprising that such a virus has appeared in Wuhan.

Russia has a very well prepared team of scientists.
Maybe they already have been worked on this field so no surprise on that.
The big problem is that if any country which make research on this field and floods the humanity with theirs failed research results .. the humanity will enter in an extinction phase.
China killed accidentally a lot of Chinese locals which have had access to the cave where they made experiments and then flood the world with this virus.
China with this virus killed about 2 mil. peoples till now.
And this is the third virus that China put on the "market"??????????????

A new study to be published in a scientific journal written by researchers Angus Dalgleish (UK) and Birger Sørensen (Norway) claims that there is evidence that the Wuhan Institute of Virology created the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in the laboratory. and then manipulated it by reverse engineering to give it the appearance of a naturally occurring virus in bats.

Angus Dalgleish (UK) and Birger Sørensen (Norway) have found "unique fingerprints" in samples from COVID-19 patients proving laboratory manipulation. According to the study, Chinese researchers at the Institute of Virology used the molecular structure of a coronavirus taken from bats on which they superimposed a new spike protein so as to lucrate a contagious coronavirus capable of causing a deadly disease. "We believe that viruses have been created by reverse genetic engineering. They modified a natural virus and then went to the data to make it look like it was part of previous genetic sequences that came up spontaneously. "

Moreover, there are indications of "deliberate destruction, concealment or contamination of data" by the Wuhan laboratory, while "scientists who wanted to share their findings could no longer do so or disappeared."

One of the indications for coronavirus manipulation highlighted by the two authors of the new study relates to a series of four amino acids in the spike protein of SARS CoV-2.

Finally not only China is responsible.
The naked true is that some Western Companies (USA, UK, Germany, France) made and still making research on mutant genes in Wuhan, of course for a large amount of money paid to China.
The Western Countries have forbidden such experiments research on their laboratories.
China is the only country which has not forbidden such researches (officially) and looks what happened.
The Chinese guys did not resist to the temptation and stealing probes for their own research ...without knowing how dangerous and contaminant are and without taking the best biohazard safety rules.
In this way the virus has been spread on Wuhan and only after months of mutation and spreading in the entire world the virus became lethal.
So who is guilty?
Western Companies (which probably now sell vaccines) making research on this field?
China which allows to these companies to make research on this field and spread the virus?
