When opening FactoryTalk View Studio or FactoryTalk Administration console you get the following error:
No Products have been configured for FactoryTalk Studio
Cause 1
Not having local admin rights on the PC.

Logged out and log back in with an administrator account.

This error message can occur on PC's that have InduSoft software installed.

Unzip and run the attached file: OCXList.zip.

Did you unzip the file?
Also see if you can upload your factory talk diagnostics log file or find the dump file and upload it also. These should give some info as to whats going on.
What OS are you using and which version of view studio? Cracked or licensed? Really need more info to go any further. |

| which version of view studio? Everything in the rockwell knowledge base points to a user account control problem as you dont have administrator access. There is also a patch file but its for version 3.1. Since your getting an error you should have a dump file or log file for your factorytalk that has some more information in it. also the OCXList.exe should be extracted then right click and run as administrator. |

You think it is advisable to reinstall
but activation (craked) is not lost |

| Maybe I would like to see the system file first. Yes if you reinstall then you would have to redo all the hex activations but I would recommend lookin at my other post for working Rockwell .lic files all activations. It has good working Rockwell license files that don't require any hex editing. |
