I have questions about network architecture and configuration in Netpro.
I send you a picture of the entire configuratin of Netpro and pdf configuration plc's and Please you answer my questions.
1-Should be Terminal Bus configured in Net Pro?(Is it necessary to configure the TerminalBus separately in Net Pro?)
2-What is your opinion about configuration the network bus network in Netpro? Is there a redundancy?(Do two network PlantBus to be configured in Net Pro or not ?)
Installed on any server we have 1623 dual card
But along with each CPU, we have a 443-1 card. Is this correct?

It seems you have a PCS7 project.
Under these circumstances for taking advantage of Simatic Net communication you must define all stations and all terminal in the same project under the same Network.
Use NetPro for the entire project. |

Thanks
My question is
Is the configuration correct?
in the page61 and 63 manual https://cache.industry.siemens.com/dl/files/178/109476178/att_842975/v1/ps7red_b_en-US.pdf *SIMATIC
Process Control System PCS 7
Fault-tolerant Process Control
Systems* of siemens there are 2 Solutions for the plant bus
The system is redundant, fault-tolerant plant bus or not?
Why in our system for each server, there are two 1623 cards installed, but next to each CPU is one card 443-1
Is this correct? |

As I see from this drawing ....yes you have a Plant Bus Redundancy with Fault Tolerant cell bus..
You have two Rings realised with FO OLM wired to 2 redundant Switches.read on the next drawings to see how OLMs are conected because the connections of OLMs lead to the ST Machine..
Eventually make a hands drawing with the connections of the OLMs to see if the Ring is closed for every from the redundant channels for IM153.

Yes thanks for your answer ichecked to st Machine.
but In your opinion do not need to have two 443-1 card for each cpu for redundat,fault-tolerant plant bus???
According to
Process Control System PCS 7 High Availability Process Control Systems (V9.0)
Function Manual page 54 and after that you can see there are two solutions for the Plant bus:
1-High availability plant bus
2-Redundant, high availability plant bus
I want my system redundant, high availability plantbus |
