friend use Winc5g to open .cod files

But I have WinC5G.
I wasn't referring to regular .cod files, but encrypted .cod files, as COMAU made APPs, for example.
You can't open them in WinC5G, unless You have the encryption password, and Your WinC5G is Pro Version.
