We are a manufacturer of aluminum products and we are looking to increase our staff by finding a great self-starter to be a CNC Programmer. The primary function of the CNC Programmer will be to program, set-up, and make adjustments to a CNC 5-axis mill.

WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?

Make tool changes
Evaluate CMM reports
Read blue prints/drawings

IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU?

3-5 years Experience programming, set-up and adjustments of a multi-axis CNC Mill
Experience with G&M Codes
Ability to read blueprints (both standard and metric)
CAD/CAM Experience
Familiar with Makino and Okumahowa Mills.
Knowledge of standard G Code on Fanuk and Mazatrol controls
5-Axis mill programming experience a plus
Experience in a production shop environment
Experience with Mazak a plus.
