Job Description
APM Automation Solutions Ltd (www.apm-solutions.com) develops,
manufactures and sells innovative, State of the Art, products for volume and level measurement of bulk solid materials stored in silos, open bin and warehouses.

We hire Customer Support and Technical Services Manager, China, reports to APM’s Director of Sales, and is responsible for the building and managing all APM’s customer support operations in China.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all country wide post-sale and pre-sale support.
2. Provide 2nd tier customer support for APM local partners.
3. Provide on-site expert level services and support: installation, operation, calibration…
4. Organize and conduct technical training seminars
Desired Skills & Experience
Geographic Location – Beijing

Must requirements: Experienced in Level Measurement of bulk solids with relevant international manufacturer, Chinese language - A MUST!!!, High Level English speaker.

Requirements
1. Proven work experience with level measurement products.
2. Chinese as mother tongue
3. Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing)
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and in writing).
5. B.Sc. degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering
6. Willing and ability to travel in China for at least 60% of the working days
