I check for updates, all databases are installed last
BUT
in CA01 2013 base shown 10/2013
and latest equipment not in catalog (eg. 6ES7954-8LC03-0AA0)

can you find eg. 6ES7954-8LC03-0AA0?
I also looked at your printcreen where price is shown 6ES7391-1AA00-0AA0 = 26.60 EUR
and I checked this position in the catalog CA01 2018 ru, and the price is different = 31.12 EUR
so I think your catalog CA01 2013 really not updated to the latest database
