Hi! I have a problem with this CPU i cannot go ONLINE unless the C7 is in Transfer Mode. Is there any other way to go online during operation mode because it is hard to perform troubleshooting if the C7 is in Transfer Mode.

Cannot restart for leaving transfer mode?
What do you use WinCC Flex or ProTool?
I do not remember if that has a serial connector or an IF1A ..has it?
What means troubleshoot..what's happening exactly...what do you want to do?
Do you have the project for or the .pdz file?

| I already uploaded the program from the PLC by pressing ESC + UP buttons and I can go online. but if I get out of the transfer mode I cannot go online. I need to go online during normal operation mode of the C7 so i can test and monitor the program. I used Step 7 V5.5 |

I understood you have problems with OP not with PLC
No...you have to install ProTool...if you have problems with OP |

| Problem Solved! The communication cable I used is China made. LOL! I used original mpi usb cable and it works! haha |
