dear, I want to take a backup from hmi OP37, I respect the following steps as shown in this website:

so I use prosave with serial interface.
I fixed the parameters of com 1: bauds: 38400 ,1 parity,1 stop, no bit parity, 8 bit data. After I put the op in the transfer mode. The transfer was beginning, but in the middle the transfer was stopped unexpectedly:'-(  .
Please I need your help and thank you. |

i use prosave v9.0.3.0. |

realy i used an old laptop with serial port and a prosave v9.0.3.0 and it worked one time but i tryed again with the same paremeters it's don't work the bucking was blocked in the middle .
