Hi!

I have a CX1020 CPU, and I have never worked with beckhoff, I would like to know what is the best way to back up the OS image.

I contacted beckhoff technical support who informed me that the recommended way is to use the Beckhoff Service Tool, but it's necessary a specific hardware (pendrive).

As I understand it, no one has been able to put this software on an comum pendrive.

Any sugestions?
