can you checking help me and view for me steps? when I back up files from compact flash.
Step 1: The first I open software runtime utility center PVI 4.0

steps 2: I selected creat, modify and execute projects (.pil)

steps 3: I selected commands --> connection --> connection selecter com 3

steps 4: i selected run--> Execute a dialog box appears

steps 5: Run --> execute OK

steps 7; after selected --> Close process ( newpll.pil)

steps 8 :selected Tools / backing files from compact flash / Image...

steps 9: select disk... / show fixed disks

after I selecting disk --> selecting show fixed disks. this go come steps, I don't see disks.
where is disks compact Flash ?
when I backing up files from compact flash , but me back up files from compact being errors.
i have a question for your help. I have found errors when I back up files from compact flash / image files...., could you help me how to back up files from compact flash/ emage files or how to fix those errors .
