Good day!
Please tell me the options for calibrating the touchscreen of the B & R Power Panel 100 4PP120.1043-31 Rev.K0 without BIOS.
After the damage, the touch screen managed to calibrate.
After replacing the touchscreen with a new serviceable one, it is impossible to "push" the buttons - you need to start above the button, off-screen.
There is no project source.
A faulty touchscreen also fails to do a calibration.

Can I reset the default calibration settings?
Where is the calibration table stored?
Is there a way to immediately call calibration after power on?

I would be very grateful for any ideas!

if Windows CE
Windows CE starts the touch screen calibration sequence during its first boot in the default
configuration / delivered state.

if Windows XP embedded (First Boot Agent)After first starting , the touch screen driver must be
installed in the device in order to operate the touch screen. The corresponding drivers can be
downloaded from the download area on the B&R homepage (www.br-automation.com). The
touch screen should be calibrated while installing the driver.
this is manual

Thank you very much for your answer!

Panel unfortunately without BIOS and Vindovs, it is on Automation Rintite.
It looks like speaker version 2.68.

Update fear that the project would not stop working.
Source project is not: (
The contents of the memory card:

Can I have the option to reset the default touchscreen settings via RS232?
Can you tell me where the calibration table is stored? As I understand it inside the panel, not on the memory card.

How do you think creating a project with one large “Calibrate” button can solve a problem?

I tried to emulate pressing the touch, but I could not “push” the calibration start button. :(
I attach the video.

You can operate a B&R Power Panel 100 BIOS or B&R Mobile Panel 100 BIOS device with the Remote Host (REMHOST) Utility via a serial interface from a PC.

We suggest to check the replacement touchscreen as competitable as the old one, if the 4wire around of the touchscreen are different, no matter how calibrate, the HMI would working in a wrong position or even in a cornor.

Vicpas provide 1:1 B&R Power Panel 100 4PP120.1043-31 touchscreen glass for replacement, 100% compatitable, and even on need to calibrate.
