Some users send messages about restrictions accesing
http://www.plc.myforum.ro saying server is not available.
It seems some ISProviders do not have aware about this.
We do not provide yet any information if it is an attack or a DOS until we have access to the servers of an ISP and we working on that to see where the attackers come from.
Until then we urge you to surpass this problem making the following steps:
1. Download hotspot-shield...from
http://www.hotspotshield.com/hide-ip-address as free user;
2. Install this software which reset eventually blockings of your connection and use USA providers address as free user;
3. Access http://www.plc.myforum.ro ;
4. Uninstall hotspotshield;
5. Restart your PC and everything is OK;
6. Please inform your colleagues about that problem;
Thank you for your understanding.
