Clear diagnosis of the AS-i master and the AS-i modules with status display of the AS-i Safety modules and assignment of AS-i addresses for display on an HMI panel or a web browser.
For the convenient diagnosis of the ET 200SP module CM AS-i Master ST and the fail-safe ET 200SP module F-CM AS-i Safety ST on a SIMATIC S7-1500 controller, a diagnostics package (version V2.0) is offered for free download.

The package contains a ready-to-use application example for configuration via TIA Portal V17 or TIA Portal V16 for an S7-1500 controller with intuitively operable images on an HMI panel and automatically scalable websites for the S7-1500 web server for display via the web browser on the PC or tablet. The images contain status and fault indicators, configuration information and error counters and offer the possibility to set the AS-i address and the ID1 code of the AS-i modules.

The images are available in German and English. The operator can switch between the available languages at any time. The images for the HMI panels can be easily adapted via WinCC configuration and easily supplemented by additional languages.

The STEP 7 user program reads the diagnostic information from one or more modules CM AS-i Master ST and F-CM AS-i Safety ST and stores it in data blocks of the CPU. The data is picked up from the connected HMI panel or the integrated web server and visualized in diagnostic images.
