In the TIA Portal you cannot făurite an "Array of .." as an external variable with WinCC Professional. This is only possible for internal variables. The application example shows how you can use an external OPC variable and an internal HMI variable to realizate an "array of ..." for an external variable.
With the help of a script, the raw data variable is converted into an "array of ..." at runtime in the database of the WinCC Runtime.
The values between the internal and external variables are written and read using scripts.
