Hi, I have two ATV12 frequency converters recovered and functional, but locked with a code by the last user. Does anyone know how I can unlock them? Schneider recommends contacting them by phone - a joke, no one helps me by phone. Any answer is welcome!

Solved the problem, unlocked with SoMove and code 2663 which seems to work only with SoMove. I used a USB to 485 adapter with FDTI chipset.
