Dears

Currently I'm working on project on S7-1200 PLC

the hardware are as follows

CPU S7-1214C DC/DC/DC 6ES7214-1AG40-0XB0

with 3 SM (SM1222 16 DI & SM1222 16 DO & Sm 1232 2 AO)

Now the issue is that when ever i try to adjust the I/O addresses to be continuous starting from IB0

i find that the CPU took the first 2 bytes ( from I0.0 to I 1.5) & (from Q0.0 to Q1.1)

And the first SM is from I5.0 to I6.7 also the second module is from Q5.0 to 6.7

As shown from the attached photo

and when ever i try to adjust the address to be continuous and start the signal module from I1.6 I'm not able to do this

and it keeps telling me that the first empty address is starting from byte 5

Would you kindly help me in this issue
