I need help with a acs1000 ABB DRIVE COMMISSIONING, the drive show a SM1Control FAULT in the operator panel, i have connected all the main breaker feedback signals from ABB Bypass with REM615 MODULE and i need some body help me with a cause and effect matrix about the control of main braker be cause i dont find an error in the conections.

From Manual...
SM1Control Fault
Parameter: 9.08 Bit: B00
Meaning of message:
Synchronous bypass: motor circuit breaker 1 control fault (motor circuit breaker discrepancy between command and feedback).
Connections: DI13-IOEC5, terminals X110:1, X110:2.
The synchronous bypass functions are set in parameter group 65.
The fault will be activated if the motor circuit breaker did not follow the command from customer side.
Bypass circuit breaker is closed but should be opened due to the stop motor from line command.
This signal will continue for 60 seconds
Possible causes
Motor circuit breaker 1 feedback has not been received in time after a command
Hints for rectification
Check the motor circuit breaker control on customer side. Check the wiring of the feedback signal. |
