You usually have this with the Robotware cd .
Robinstall is an option that is included on the CD that can be installed after the Robotware is installed on the PC.
You need the Robotware installing because RobInstall will need at least one version to make the system pack as you see in your pics.

In fact, it is possible to download from RobotStudio 4.0 upward from ABB site, but is a little bit tricky.

First, you will need to create an account on https://myportal.abb.com

After you are logged, click on "SolutionsBank", or "Go to old MyABB"
ABB Robinstall software need.. ABB Robinstall software need..

If you clicked on "Go to old MyABB", from there, click on SolutionsBank

You should land on the SolutionsBank page, shown on screenshot
ABB Robinstall software need.. ABB Robinstall software need..

From there, you can find some old ABB software, as RobotStudio you need or QuickTeach.
