The RFID 3SE63 safety switch on SIMATIC S7 can be connected to the following fail-safe SIMATIC S7 modules and operated in compliance with the suggested parameter settings.
2. Parameter setting of the SIMATIC S7 fail-safe inputs:
Ø Encoder supply: external or via module without short-circuit test (internal, block short-circuit test)
For applications in compliance with SIL3 / Kat4 / Ple the following holds in addition
Ø Evaluation of the encoders: 1002 (2v2) evaluation
Ø Type of encoder interconnection : 2-channel equivalent
Ø Discrepancy time:> = 50ms
