By using GMLULTTA v1.0.1 I don't success to going online and can't communicate to module. I check comport and all setting (ultra plus is not responding.check serial cable,com port selection,or address) Error in monitor)and all dip switches is in off position.
please help me.

Can UltraMaster software be used with Windows 7?
How do I configure COM port in Virtual Machine to connect to UltraMaster software?

Answer
UltraMaster will not function in a Windows 7 system.

UltraMaster software may be used in Windows XP mode or separate Virtual Machine running Windows XP (for example VMWare Player).

For assistance or more information about Windows XP - Windows Virtual PC, refer to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/install-and-use-windows-xp-mode-in-windows-7

Configuration changes required for the serial port in the Windows XP mode:

Launch the Windows XP mode
If in full screen, use the icon to exit Full Screen
Go to Tools-->Settings
Under the Setting list, select COM1
Under the COM1 configuration (right side of screen) click on the Physical serial port
Using the drop down box, select the serial port of the USB converter (for example COM4)
Click OK.
In UltraMaster software, use the Communications-->PC Set Up... and use following settings:
Baud Rate = 19200
Data Rate = 8
Parity = NONE
Stop Bits = 1
Serial Port = COM1

Thank you very much for reply,I check again cable connection all is ok but still not success to communicate module with software.ultracommand software not for 1398 pdm02.thats used for 1394 drive.
